We have been using Eureka Forbes water purifier since long time and had recently upgraded to latest model. The service, especially from Mahadevpura, Whitefield area is extremely pathetic. There is no limit to lies that they have told us. The tap was broken and it has been over 2 months that the compliant was registered. They keep sending inexperienced people who try to learn on the job, have learnt tricks of telling lies to customers. They share their numbers only to ensure that they do not respond. Their managers are worse than them and do not take any responsibility. Everytime you call, they have a standard response that they do not have the spare parts. They did replace one tap(which was old and was not packed). We kept requesting them to provide a new; but all the requests went in vain. They don't have courtesy to call back or to follow up. Although 3-4 services were supposed to be free, nobody turned up. Since the tap is out of order, we have been spending a huge money on bottled water everyday. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY TO BUY THE PRODUCT AS THE SERVICE IS THE WORST WE HAVE EVER SEEN.
