Its been just a month since we got this Aquaflow dx filter installed and just after 15 days of installation the water started dripping from water filter..I woke up early morning of new year to find water gathered in my cabinet(as the filter is installed inside one of my cabinets above the kitchen platform)also on the kitchen floor was all full of water..I wondered where is this coming from..First I just closed the main connection to the filter.
I have been calling eureka guys after that ..ever since then they have come once to fix it.and within half an hr of that guy leaving my house it starts to drip again heavily..I cannot use the filter at all and been boiling water since last 15 days..I call that guy he tells me the filter candle and its holder needs to be changed..there is audit going on his office he can't provide the part for next 2 days..now that thing is 8 days old..after that the filter automatically stops leaking 1 day, so when the guy from that service centre comes he tells me there is no wrong in it so he can't do anything.
Again next day it starts dripping heavily from the filter the minute I switch on and open the supply knob..I RECORD IT on my cell and keep calling the eureka forbes guy..till today they have been telling they will send somebody soon and no one is at home to fix it yet..the warranty period is 1 year wonder what is the use when just after 15 days then can't get it fix and just give false promises...
Extremely bad service from eureka forbes people..I tell them to refund my money and thy blame it on dealer...since u did not buy from us we can't do anything about it...also the service we will try our best..like how much 15 days and no service solution..their service centre in pune does not have that part.
