Baggage fee -$320 for third checked baggage, which is way more than the charges for any other airline.
I had 4 check baggages, paid$640 for additional two baggages(2 were covered by company).
Columbia -> Dallas -> Abu Dhabi -> New Delhi
Checked in fine from Columbia, reached Dallas had an old Carry on bag and a handbag. Got boarding passes, ready to board, suddenly they stopped me saying, I need to get my bag weighed, it was 1.5 kgs overweight, they asked my to checkin the bag and pay additional$320 otherwise I will not be allowed to board the flight, I took that extra weight out. Then when they found that the weight was correct, they said the bag size is not correct.
I have been carrying that bag on at least 5 different airlines internationally but they refused to take it. It is the smallest one you can find in "Skybag" brand. I asked them to let me talk to their manager, and the manager was even worse.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced. It was horrifying, I was travelling alone, had 4 bags checked in which will be there at New delhi airport, paid for my flight tickets but because they found the wheels of the bag were sticking out when the bag is kept horizontally, vertically the bag fitted fine.
I can never forget that manager's face, he just kept on saying close the doors to his staff. It was worst feeling ever that after paying them$1500 in all that is how I was being treated.
There were other families as well who were facing similar issues. But I decided to take a stand for it. but nothing happened, on my face they were announcing my name in their last call list. Shitty experience. In the end I paid$320 more and boarded the flight.
Check-in Counter - They served muffins to their customers on check in counters, but when asked for food in the flight, they just had one option to eat which was OKRA RICE, really, is that what you serve on International flight. Flight Attendants - As if they were not paid enough.
