I was travelling from Charlotte to Trivandrum. I have checked in my check in baggage in charlotte and took the carry on with me. When I was about board my next flight(Etihad) from Chicago to Abudhabi, they said the bag is bigger and I cannot take it with me. I need to pay 300USD to take it with me. I told I was using the same bag for the past 5 years and never I had this problem. Most of you know about the Ricardo brand. I was having the same brand bag.
The staff in Chicago behaved like I was carrying something illegal and speaking with no respect. I was shocked by the way how they treated a passenger. So I paid 300 USD. The ticket number is 6072127624044. The air conditioner in the flight was not working for some time at the end. Not sure whether they stopped for some reason. The crews are also not happy to serve food, if we ask some more water they will show their face as though we are asking their property.
I request all of you not to travel in this flight. Worst flight travel in my life. I will not board this flight anymore in my life. Going forward I will ask my company not to book this flight even though it is cheaper.
