This is a helpful information & advice to all of you that, Espire Infolabs has worst employee policies and work culture. The company is run by a few absent minded people who do not have any touch of professionalism whether it is HR, Finance or any other department. The company currently has zero productivity and is running into losses, thereby the salary comes on 15th of next month or later.
Every month there is a mail from finance department, that the salary would be delayed. The company also lacks in capability; there is no clear focus where the management wants to take this company.
The company already has more than 70% attrition.
Imagine a company for more than 10 years {in between they changed name also} still has 200+ odd people and 5-10 clients. Also, the exit policy of the company is worst, in fact, some of former employees have even approached to labor court for the settlement and HR, Finance departments add to their frustration.
I have left the company 2 months back, but no F&F has been done, also in my past employer feedback the HR has given absolutely negative feedback about me.
I have paid the price for working in Espire, I hope this advice might be saviour for people thinking a career with the company.
