1) Worst HR policies
2) Useless HR head
3) Useless CEO
4) You will not get your salary on time.
5) You will not get your Settlement amount never.
5) Worst working environment.
Salaries never come on time, No growth, You will never get your settlement if you resign, I mean never. They might not even give you your relieving letter and give bad comments to your new organization. Management sucks, no one to listen to you.
All departments is horrible finance/admin/HR, no one listen to you no one care for you, all of them are shifarshi and eating money in different ways. They force employee to click on like status on various social n/w site and force them to write good comments...
So dont believe any good thing written here about espire it must be from marketing team or somebody might have done that to get good appraisal.
