This is to all the people crying and complaining here worthlessly. why don't you people try reporting this company or the manager to labor law department. Drag this company to court or a labor court if they are harassing you for any wrong reason. And its cheap as well to do so. If you don't want to sue the whole company then at least drag your manager or the HR to the court for misleading you into employment or not clearing your benefits to you or harassing you in any form or doing any kind of partiality with you.


Sometimes the company doesn't know what are these managers actually doing under the table. company thinks that everything is fine because they ask for feedback from the managers and obviously they are going to say that everything is all right and company will never know how are their employees are being harassed. so you should either drag the manager or the HR to court or at least give them a legal notice.


In every company HR is the one who is the helping hand of an employee but it seems that in Espire Infolabs are the ones who harass people. its a right of the employee to get what he deserves and not get slaved by these managers. If you people start dragging these managers to court then here is what is going to happen. First the company and the higher management will get to now what their managers are actually doing by harassing companies employee. most of managers do this just to eliminate competition.


Second, you have a good chance of spoiling your manager's career when he is trying to spoil yours. why you should be at the receiving end when these managers are incapable of doing their jobs and end up harassing people. There are good chances that either the company will fire these managers and find a better one or at least will support the employees if it is really a good and caring company to work with. It will prove itself !!. and if not then be sure no one will like to work with such a company and the managers would be the one to blame for all this.


The directors of the company entrust the managers to micromanage all the different works but if these managers are just sitting there for years together and make the company as their underworld den then the company should really fire such people.so the best solution is to drag the company or the manager or the HR to labor law and teach them a lesson in humility. at least they should get paid for what they are actually doing there.


If the company is really worried about its employee then it will not like to tarnish its image just because of one wrong hire the manager.
