unprofessional manager, they came office having drink, and chewing gutkha like this.
and using abusing words to thier coleagues.management is totally blind, I dont think why they r feeding these type of people in there company, people come and trap into the net of this company, people come to see the company infrastructure.actually .
I did job in this company more than 4+ yrs. they behave just u r a labour.they will hire you for project if project is gone then, then your job gone.no body wants to join this company due to unprofessional managers, there is no criteria for this company, this is a place where you can entertainment yourself.no job security, no confirmation of employee, when the appraisal time comes, they will fire you, to see this firing all people of this company don't demand for appraisal.team lead and project manager ne kbhi technical kam hi nahi kia he to aayega kaise BA, MA karke aate to bi thik tha.all open university ke bande he jo kbi college to gye nhi honge, tbi koi na to tameej he, na hi bolne lehja.but its a great working place.for those who wants to pass thiere time.
Management to advice
- I have seen most of the manager(vikrant rathi) is involving in thier home bussiness, no worried about thier client project.thats why client of these company client is losing.
2.always chewing gutaka and some time comes in office having liquor.he has no knowledge
of project management. he is not able for the position of manager .he is able for peon
post.most of the time he would be out of office, for chewing gutka and to handle his own house work.
3.he takes the appreciation mail from client by saying to client that team members will encourage, but it is actually to show the Director of the company that, we have got the appreciation through the client.for the sake of thier job they will do.
most of the managers are not having technical degree, just ba pass, wo bi private
hIlarios place, people comes here and passing thier time(9 hours) and went thier home.
6.in 9 hours, they utilize only 2-3 hours only.they say we r software company, but all the things are manaully.thats the good thing for cmm level 5, hahahahaha.hahahah.
7 No full and final settlement of your salary.people not getting thier final month salary
8.salary comes not in time, so how u can fill emi and loan.
- No insurance and health cover policy
10 .No place for entertainment.
11 no good parking place.
12.they fill out the form of employee satisfaction form, but no use of that,
cause management is blind.

14 u have to come saturday, sunday apne paiso pe, when u will ask for comp-off nani mar jayegi approval dene me.
15.when ur birthday come, they will drop a mail of your birthday wishes
and 3 ballon laga denge aapki sheet pe.aur kuch nahi dengi, jabki
koi bi badi company aapko aapke bday pe kuch na kuch to deti hi he.
16.how it could be cmm level 5 company.
17is company ki itni durdasa sirf inke managers ki wajh se hi he.
bs dub rahi he .all people of this company looking jobs, kyuki yahan koi future nahi he.
