Okay for the home use or semi- professional user which is used to prinout the photographs.epson perfomance after some time become so slow . Canon is trying but sadly their inks/papers just do not meet the criteria that epson has created for itself over the years.Its just a fine printer .the other printers are much better then this one so you should try any other printer rather thrn wasting money on that one A significant amount of ink is wasted in the charging process whenver the printer is turned on. So if you are not a heavy user of this printer and is likely to use this printer occasionally, you will end up only with some 20-30 pages per low ink cartridge. Rest of the ink will be wasted for recharging.
