A seven hour flight from Dubai to Frankfurt brought me in close contact with the cabin crew of the Emirates flight 041. This is the very first airline wherein I have seen a truly international cabin crew. One could easily see that there was a flight attendant of every nationality speaking your language.

The Airbus A330 is spacious and most comfortable. This is the only airline in which I was totally comfortable even though I was sitting in between rows.The seats were made for optimum comfort and one can doze off without falling onto the shoulder of your adjacent companion!

The service is excellent although after a couple of hours, it tends to slow down and getting a drink of water could take a wee while. However, that has nothing to do with the warmth of the attention a passenger receives onboard.

Inflight entertainment is what I thrive on and I really look forward to on a long haul. I look forward to watching the latest on the Hollywood scene and was not very happy with the selection they were offering for such a long flight. I did watch John Q and Changing Lanes but after that there was nothing to look forward to.

The same selection of movies was available inbound and outbound and so it did not allow for much variety.

All in all, it was a most satisfying experience and let it be known that the airhostesses were warm and friendly.
