My mom and i decided to fly with emirates from Bangkok to  London and alsoon the way back from London to Bangkok.When we landed at hethrow we found that our luggages have been left at Dubai and that they would be delivered to us within 24 hours. The next day we called Emiates at Hethrow but with no success.After many attempts we decided to wait but the luggaged never turned up. In addition when we called the office later we were told that the luggages were delivered to us but noone was there to recieve them which is untrue since we were awaiting for the stuff all day and thus we never got the luggages (more than 48 hrs now). The next day we decided to go to the airport by ourselves as we were very frustrated and  my mom’s tablets were in the bag and some of the important documents as well. We drove all the way from Luton to the airport only to find out that the luggages were in the warehouse!!!. We ran back and forth until we finally found someone who could help us. Not only that, but on the way back to Bangkok the same problem happened again! We never got the luggages when we arrived but thanks god the staff in Bangkok were somewhat attentive and tried their best to sort the problems for us.However, this incident did ruin our entire trip and also the impression for the airlines itself. My family, friends and people i know have refused to fly with emirates ever again! Our luggages were damaged, the locks were broken, the handle was broken but all we got in return was $50 for each person! That was kinda stupid as it did not cover my telephone expenses,the fuel cost and the clothes and stuff that we had to buy!
