I had traveled on emirates flight from Bombay to Dubai-Tehran and return
AT first glance i was impressed with emirates and i do agree emirates is very punctual.

counters are good, staff are polite and friendly.
interiors of plane are well done. and the tv on the menu has some good program’s on its list Arabic, English, sports, Pakistani dramas and how can they ignore bollywood. there are 2 Hindi movie channels plus another music channel
The Food served in the flight was not so good it was just average stuff i had expected better stuff from Emirates
Air hostesses well most of them are stunningly beautiful most seem Europeans and some Koreans or Japanese but beauty is the only thing i can talk of them. i didn’t find them very cordial they did their work just for the sake of it and were only too happy when the journey concluded. frankly i thought they were racist
unlike Indian airlines there is no button where you can call airhosstess and ask them for favors. in emirates the think just by their presence they are doing us a favor. i prefer Indian air hostesses in this respect they can swallow a great deal of humiliation and yet keep smiling.
The ground staff of emirates is of top quality the are extremely efficient people. some of them are Arabs and some Indians.
The baggage service is again of high quality there will be very less room for complain.
In case of flight delays( which i have not encountered) due to unavoidable circumstances the passengers are well looked after. There was a case where some of my friends who were stuck in Dubai while flying to London , they were housed in a 5 star hotel and taken for shopping and sight seeing by emirates.so i give the 5 stars in this category
Overall i felt Emirate Airlines were good if only they can give a rap on knuckles or wherever which can teach their a few things and a better Menu.
apart from that. Emirates is top class
