Electronic Cigarette.from STEAMZ. Review on Electronic Cigarette

Over 2 months ago I ordered this Electronic Cigarette from STEAMZ since I saw reviews on Electronic Cigarette and I wanted to give up smoking. I paid via pay pal and recieved a small box in a couple of days. On opening the package, it had the battery, the steamer and a few buds and a refill bottle.

The manual does not specify how to insert the buds into the steamer. Yea it is easy to do but if you have never seen one before you have no idea how to do it since it does not just slide in and even then it is not as easy as just sliding it in as you get the oil on your fingers.

I attached it all and tried to get it to work and nothing. So I checked the battery and it was discharged. That was the first time I got something where it was not used and the battery was totally discharged. So I plugged in the USB charger and it acted flakey, sometimes it would charge and sometimes not. But it has a light so I turned the battery in the connector until the red light came on.

After 5 or so hours the led turned green and I tried to get it working again and nothing. So I left it for a day and tried again the next day and nothing and testing the battery showed it was empty again. Charged it again and tested it again a few hours after and the battery was dead.. So now I charged it over night and left the battery unattached to anything for a few hours and the battery still discharged. After a lot of emails I was given a return address to send the product. So I sent it back the same way it was delivered.

Now after 2 months no replies to my emails and even threats to complain to my credit card company about their fake product. This looks like the save electricity products they sell which actually dont do anything but light a small led with a big plastic box that does nothing.

So save your money and check other companies with reviews of products that actually work. I have seen a LOT of ads from this company but no reviews and that was my mistake but then again, you need to advertise a lot of get people who dont know its a scam to order.

Steamz looks like a traditional cigarette, the white part is a rechargeable lithium battery & the filter part is a replaceable cartridge which holds the diluted nicotine.
