I feel this review is:
I have purchased electrolux split ac this year in(jan 2016)and within 6 months of time it started created problems. Their customer service is very poor. They didnt respond for 15 days after the complaint and finally a technician came and asked to take the complete unit to service center to check the problem. And they made a bill of 7.5k and asking for installation charges again. With that the unit was broken and saying it was like that. They are not accepting their mistake. Plz never buy any product from Electrolux. They are big fraud.
