I bought this AC 6 months back and it is an excellent product by electrolux, however I faced an issue in the beginning but I called electrolux customer care number and it was fixed, it was cooling less a nice guy came and fixed the issue. Its working perfectly fine from last six months .Its excellent for small rooms if someone is looking to buy for big rooms kindly go for electrolux 1.5 ton . I am very satisfied with this product.
