We have purchased Electrolux 1.5 ton ac in 2016 and its still in warranty.we have got 3 free services from this company. yesterday we called them for water leakage from pipe. the servicing persons came and they spoke very rudely and unnecessarily charged 550 Rs. We have Lg washing machine and they came for servicing and after servicing was done LG people have contacted us about our problem got solved or not how was the servicing person and are we satisfied with their service or not.
But with Electrolux I request anyone who is going to purchase it please do not go for this.they are money minded.for everything they charge they will say if you want to go and complain no problem do it we dont care.
Worst product and worst service from this company.
