Bought this ac 7 months ago and at the start was working well but now it doesnt even cool the room on a 17 degree tempreture . and the remote goes on a fan mode automaticaly and when complained for service they just came and cleaned for 5 minuted and said it was done and for the remote they told me that I will have to buy a new one . spending money all time isnt a option I had to buy one remote because without that the ac doesnt start . worst customer service ever .
