What to say about electrolux
I purchased this 1.5 Ton AC.One of the best AC's.I purchased it from Girias, Kammanahalli in May 2016 .Very Customer friendly people.Liked their attitude.They were back at me to send the person for installation.
I got a call form a person Mr.Zamir., gentleman.HE was busy .But he deputed someone.
On 16th July 2016(1& 1/2 month), 45 days after installation I had a problem suddenly .My AC started to produce some weird noise and I got alerted to switch it off and complained in Customer Care.
One Mr.Abdul Called and he told that he would send the representative .This guy whom Mr.Abdul sent was not at all professional.He just took his measuring gauze for the gas and said "Sir, The gas level is O" I said boss! your gauze is not working.
He got offended.He said since you got it installed on the slab(This slab was specifically erected for AC's External unit when the house was built) the AC is not working properly, please get an angle from me it would cost Rs1100 and to fill the gas Rs1800.Total Rs2900.(Giras gave me an offer of Rs3000 when I got)He wanted to collect it by some way I believe.LOL
I called customer care again and told.That Lady told she will give a service manager number and told to call a person called Reddy .I called him.He cracked another big joke.Sir, since Girias installed it you will not have free service.They have not installed properly.I told" Boss! I dont know if he from Girias or from Electrolux who came during installation. How are you sure about it? HE replied we dont have your adresss.Probably we have outsourced that installation to Girias people.I asked a genuine question.Why is ELECTROLUX not having direct showrooms 100% if you dont want to outsource your work?No answer.So, atlast he gave his verdict as since girias has done we wont do the service
I again probed, Will you get the job done by filling the gas.He told give me 24 hrours! great joke again.
Meanwhile the in experienced guy who was at my door step called Mr.Abdul and he said, They are asking if we will do the gas filling for free of cost.Mr.Abdul called and told we cant do the work and he went away.
Elexctrolux service guys faileddddddd the product.I would say AC is best class.but service sucks.
I called Girias' service guy this time Mr.Zamir.Within eveing he came .He checked the leak and said Sir! no leaks at all. He proved it with his measuring gauze and it showed 130 PSI and he said when the AC is not running it should be 150 PSI and when its not running it should be 60-65 PSI.He checked in and out and said no problem .When you switched on it might have ran in low voltage.
He was genuine and he suggested, sir no need of angle.But atleast have a rubber bush for safety.You know wat the AC was working pretty fine when he switched it on and he charged me Rs.100(Hundred) .Girias Rocked
Electrolux: Mr.Reddy and Mr.Abdul.Dont cheat people. You should have proper instruments to assess first.Electrolux should give the work for proper people .not for the one who cheat like this!
Electrolux!Take a look .Your authorised service center people are looting money from the customers by cheating.by saying 0 level gas!what an insult
