I bought 0.75 ton in sept 2005, today it has it's first real problem(beside capacitor replacement which is not ac) .
this beast so rugged, I never got it serviced, cleaned dust hardly once a year, used 8 am to 10 pm 7 months a year. it is doing a job of 1 ton in 10x10 room in 43 celcius on top floor with 2 walls getting sun as well.
no one is giving 1.5 ton 5 star for 27k, it is cheapest available.
unfortunetly, I read bad reviews now, time to move on to better brand even if they are expensive.
