I have been using an Elektra for the past 2 years I got it as a wedding gift from my collegues in Pune they got it to Satara all the way. I was very annoyed at them as I had not heard about the company and was not sure whether they would deal with the after sale part of the product for 2 months I didnot get it installed and kept telling my ex- collegues to exchange it for something like a microwave.
Music system with the shop but they didnot listen so I finally got a carpenter to install it in my kitchen while installaton the carpenter had some query so I called the phone number and the company was very helpful and they guided him exactly how to do it and he finished the installation in 20 minutes flat , I was not yet confident so I called again and the lady told me that my person is ging to karad tomorrow so he wll visit u and settle all your queries. I was very happy with such a prompt servce when he came he gave me a detailed demonstration of the product on a CD and then I switched it on and he waited for me to cook anything and showed the actual working of the product .
I have been using it everyday it has been 2 years and I get a call from the company every 6-8 months to check if I have any problem with the unit but touchwood it has given me excellent performance and the best feature is that I can operate each fan individually thereby saving on my light bill.
