We had ordered sofa, end table and center table from Ekbote's Kharadi showroom on 30-Apr-2016. Agreed delivery date was 15-May-2016. On 14-May, I got a call from salesperson that delivery will take 10 more days since the sofa has to pass quality test.
There was no delivery till 25-May. On 25-May, salesperson called me again saying it will take 3-4 more days. When I asked him to cancel the order and refund the amount I had paid, he requested me to bear for 3-4 days. There was no delivery till 30-May. On 30-May, he said he will deliver on 3-Jun. There is still no delivery.
Ekbote's furniture is a big brand in Pune, but they are not at all concerned about timely delivery. We need to followup every time and get to hear illogical answers such as pillow covers were not available, quality test was not done etc. Would recommend everyone NOT to buy furniture from this pathetic furniture chain.
