Definition of work(Before that explanation on work).
now what is meant by work,is it me to tell u,or u to tell me,or others to tell me,or government telling one or us to work,first the clear cut understanding on what is really is work is,is it what and does it help or harm us.
start to think on work,and if u keep quiet,meditate and try to forget past,present,and future too,u will find the meaning of work doesnt exist at all.
i wrote present past and future to mediate means it may end with death due to non fillment of basic need for survival and hence end results.
NOW THE MAIN FACTOR IS EFFECTIVE TIME MANAGEMENT IN WORK,IS WHAT NEEDED TO BE EXPLOITED.
   let me finish on the most important factor work,god created the universe,and later galaxies later our sun later nine planets and our earth came into existance billions of years ego,now afterwards evolution from amoeba to mankind came into existance.out of millions of living creatrures and animals,it is just man alone is made to work,none of the animals work like man do, animals work,insects work,so all other living is just to sustain and live and nothing else.
now the definition on work i am going to bring out.
work is imposed on human kind so that he has to work as a duty not as a volunteer feel that other beings do.
To work one need the factor time,and one has to synchronise time to spare and manage the availble time for the best result of work,if time management is not done correctly the result may not be profitable.
now the stress is always on time management and it is becoming inhuman feelings for the one who has to follow and for others who want to use ur time.
This ugly factor time management is making mockery on human relationship.now every place u find all are busy,their face is busy,they move busy,they talk busy,they eat busy,they love fast,they kiss fast,they answr fast,they run fast,they are in a hurry all the time,why why why
it is to manage time effectively for the work they are in or going to work.
      IT IS BRINGING CHAOS.
Time management technique is making human relationship so artificial,if u want to visit a relative ,u can feel the number of times he or she watching time,they want to manage the time,so that u will leave the house fast.

yes and no,i am so sure,trying to outbeat on time,pressure on mind is going to make many person mental patients,trying to do work and always working on time factor,time time,is a very peacefull thing.we live for one hundred years,and where is the hurry to think of time management all the time.

i hardly find any management gurus ,they are the worst enemy because they want money money and u listen for their lies.
