I was quite active with reviews, between 2000 and 2002. Then more or less, I started visiting Mouthshut.com with just comments and replies to comments and the ocassional reviews. I kept asking my husband what could be another big new excitement.

He said, there’s comparison shopping...very useful. He said, there are video reviews- wow! He said there’s corporate blogging so that brands take note of reviews all good and useful, but still i was not as excited as I was in 2000.

So last week he told me about the New Profile section. He showed me a sneak preview of some of the goodies. I fell in love with it. On the new profile section, more like social networks, I can:

-upload more photos--PHOTOS
- i can write more than just reviews--DIARY
- I can add more stuff to my favourities-
- I can rate other members’ photos
- I can find out who visits my profile
- Better M2M and send m2m to all in your trusted circle etc.

I love all these new stuff but what’s the biggest excitement?

I CAN USE MY MS-POINTS TO SEND GIFTS.
Yes, my husband gifted me movie tickets hehe...virtual though.
I love sending and receiving gifts in real life. I thrive on shopping and this virtual gift is my way of
showcasing my popularity.

If someone likes me and my profile, I am sure they will gift me more!!!
