Pros:
Good for a peaceful future.
Cons:
May create stirs initially

I feel the reservation need to stay for sometime in our country, but only for the purpose of education. Everybody in this country knows that we have citizens living in this country who were neglected for long time before or after independence and even till now. However these reservations need to be phased out with a time frame. The percentage of reservations should be reduced with each and every passing year.

But at the same time I wish to state that when comes to the recruitment of candidates for a job there should not be any reservation. Only qualified and suitable candidates need to be recruited for any job, be it a central / state government or private firm job.

Even our government can consider giving free education till the completion of their studies for those students who are selected under the reserved category if they are economically not sound to continue their education. However the same scale need to applied to the other Open category students who are also economically not sound.

Again there should be a clear conscious in the minds of all the people who try to implement the policy or reservation.
