I bought ECO crystal with RO and UV system in January. I have been told that I need to replace the filter cost Rs 150 for every 6 month. So one day I observed that water taste was differrent, and call service guy.
He told me that it was not doing any filtering at all for past one month. So biggest drawback is, you will not get to know whether filtering is proper or not. Service guy informed me that main RO system filter gone bad (and will cost RS. 2050 !!!!!!). It was surprised, if I am expecting to spend such a money to spend for every 6 month for drinking water of two person, I would rather go for H2O mineral water.
The things covered in one year warranty is only electronics.
Any way I talked to their manager and they replaced the drum free of cost, but I am afraid what will happen if same thing will happen in future.
