I came across the below article by a scientist to understand the technology behind EcoCrystal. https://chem1.com/CQ/magscams.html. I searched internet as I came across this product in Cosmos Mall in Bangalore. I was planning to purchase the product. This link provides comprehensive information.
It takes us through various products and studies done by scientists. Suffice it to say that magnetic treatment of water is not a proven science; benefits are mostly anecdotal and doesnt stand scientific scrutiny. This link also gives information on outlandish claims by manufacturers. When I looked at the below link it looked fantastic, till you scroll down. https://eccrystal.com/html/drinkingwater.htm.
The claims made me to check whether I should spend money on it or not. Hydrion system that clamps on to 1" pipe line costs about Rs 20K. So I wanted to double check before I make the decision that resulted in the above discovery. In short I would advice users to check the facts before making decision to invest in the products from the company. This review is not applicable to RO systems. This is only for magnetic water treatment.
