Dear friends,
Never buy anything from www.eBay.in else you will regret badly like me. I bought an item from ebay India 2 months
back, item wasnt working and I returned the item immediately to seller and he agreed to payback. Now its more than 2 months Im begging for my Rs1300 which is my hard earned money, I have spend more than 16 hours on livechat and about 30 emails till date. First they never reply back, and if they reply they say that we are working on it and you will get a resolution very soon, thats not true at all. DONT BELIEVE IN THEIR BUYERS PROTECTION PROGRAM, you will never get protected, this will frustrate you badly and they will keep telling you about their hidden and unjustified policies. They have a very decent reply, "Please be assured that you are protected and insured for the items you purchased from ebay."
Im just posting right now the chat session currently being going on for just Rs1300.00 only, they have caused a lot of problem and mental stress to me. Already wasted a lot of time without getting any resolution. I will be posting complete details very soon. Only thing I will say "never never buy anything from ebay, you will get trapped, not only you will waste your money but also be wasting a lot of time arguing with livechat and emails and finally you will giveup with lots of frustration and dis-appointment.
