While I’m sure that their quality of books and speed of deliver is good, my experience with them was short-circuited well before I could avail of their facilities.

Their website is poorly designed, so it gave me weird database errors when I attempted to access my account soon after registering.

When I brought this to their attention, I didn’t receive any response for nearly a day. Finally, Ms. Vani Mahesh, the proprietor replied by email, in which she took offense, leading me me believe that if their proprietor is so edgy and lacking customer friendliness, the rest of their staff and service may be equally bad.

Instead of simply saying "Sorry, we’ll rectify it immediately", she chose to start an email flame war.

The website loads pretty fast, which is much better than the nearest competitor. They also have a much larger collection of books than their nearest competitor.

Their nearest competitor, in contrast, called me *2 minutes* (I’m not kidding!) after I registered, making me feel welcome and wanted, helping me clear my doubts and queries.

If you don’t care about the quality of customer service, then go with easylib. Otherwise stay away from them.
