Easycab of Delhi is terrible. I liked the services at Bangalore & Hyd.
I tried their service at Delhi for pick up at 3:00 - 3:15 PM from Panjabi Bagh to airport.
I booked the same around
1:45 PM or so. I neither got the confirmation SMS nor the cab driver’s details as I would get in Bangalore.
The cab did not come by 3 PM. Then at 3:05 PM, I started calling desparately as I had to be at airport by 4:25 PM. I dont want to mention how many calls I made to 011 43434343 and to to the driver -- and all of them on roaming charges! And if they are are serious about this complaint, you can check their log file in delhi.
I gave this feedback on their website and also requested them not to penalize the driver as it is their system failure.
The cab finally reached me at 3:35 PM and reached airport at 4:15 PM.
This has now made me realise that easycab is not a reliable and efficient service and can not take chances with them if we are flying. After returning to Bangalore, I skipped Easycabs and took a Meru.
I have been booking easycabs whenever I am flying from Bangalore and now, i prefer to use Meru.
It is evident that easycabs does not care about the compalints as internet is full of their complaints! I wish I had seen them earlier.
