Gift certificates expire before they finally dispatch ... kinda like a patient expiring while the doctor is out.

I have been trying to buy some cassettes off a ift certificate from this fraud web site since 3 months. the first order was held undispatched due to lack of stock for more than a month before it was cancelled. I had to e-mail them to find that out. then i placed another order that simply vanished into the blue. repeated e-mails got no response for a long time, finally, when one arrived, it was a stock mail saying the products were being sourced. i wrote a rather rude email then, which got the response that the products would be deliviered in 7 days. a fortnight later, half the order was received. the remaining order is not available. now the certificate has expited.
