I used to buy lot of items from many websites as I am very comfortable with the service most of the websites provide.
So I have placed an order for some VCDs and CDs on this website easybuystore.com, expecting same kind of service. After 3 days I have received the items with almost 50%discrepancy. After two days I have received a big explanation that the items are not available and they are trying to get from all of their sources and all that crap.
If any item is out of stock , they can just post in their web site about the availability, so that while placing the order itself buyer can avoid those items.
This is an ideal example of companies taking customers for granted, using ’’Bait and Switch’’ technique.
