I made a purchase on this site somewhere around in May and never ever received a delivery from this site. I have been constantly writing to the support executive and kept receiving fake promises of the delivery being soon.
It was a gift certificate purchase and after writing to these people for three odd months finally I stopped my correspondence with them.
But in the end I was extremely dissatisfied with the attitude of their customer service executive. I received a mail saying that I already have made a purchase twice.
This site, in first place, display items which are not in their stock and when it comes to delivery and some goof up happens, its the customer who suffers.
I request them not to make fake promises if you cannot stand to them.
