This company is very young and immature. They have some stupid policies in place and they try to hang around them. All these policies favor the management not the employees.
I worked as a lead for 8 months with a team of 21 people and my project manager was a female from Tamil Nadu. We were pushed to work 16 to 18 hours a day, 7 days a week. When I go to her with an issue, she used to threaten me with a sexual harassment investigation. She hired a new developer and convinced her to lodge a sexual harassment complaint on me. I had to go thru the investigation panel and but fortunately came out clean. I informed all of the VPs and HRs that it was a plot against me and presented the undeniable proofs like SMS from the PM to the other female team members. They did not take any action against her as she is Tamil. But they fired me stating that I worked very close with the client and I forgot my boundaries. My project is a huge success due to my leadership and the team’s effort. I got several appreciations from the client, but I didn’t neither get one rupee from the company nor appreciation from the management. Now this PM took all the credit for the project’s success and negotiating a hike with the management. I am on the street looking for a job.
Please stay home even if you don’t have a job, but never work for this company. These people kill your honesty and confidence.
