Just imagine yourself sitting next to a large window sill- rain drops splashing in your face, hot cuppa in your hand and a hard-to-put-down novel in your hand- you are translocated to another world- you
stop hearing the blaring horns, knock on your door and the flat upstairs running an outdated mixer... this is the charm and magic one derives from a paper book. Many a times i compromise on number of hours of sleep than put down the book- however number of times i might have read the dog-eared and parched novel. I have a habit of browsing for the e-books on sites and download them as regularly as i open my mails at office. i try to catch up with these
" screen copies" during transit but i always have to worry about the scroll, the font size, bad alignment of words and above all, you tend to forget marking the page you finished last!!! i mean, you cant fold the paper how you do on the paper book!! and each time i enter Ctrl + F to remember the last line i read....
Any given day, I go for Paper back. Let you derive the pleasure of reading on the paper, and respect and honor the writers who shares their experience to the world through the medium of writing, and publishing on paper!!
