DURONTO trains have been started by Mamta Banerjee for long distance travelling with comfort and peace.

DURONTO trains are long distance trains without any stops in between. These trains start from the departure station and halt at destination point.these trains run mostly between mumbai to kolkata, mumbai to allahbad, mumbai to nagpur, mumbai to ahmedabad etc.
here I am sharing my experience with duronto mumbai to kolkata. its an excellent train with great comfortable berths, good clean curtains and blankets.
the catering service of duronto is also good. good and tasty veg and non-veg meals, healthy and tasty break-fast and evening tiffins.
the best part about duronto is it only occupies the number of passengers equal to the number of seats.NO waiting lists NO RACAND NO PEOPLE sleeping in the passages and near the toilet doors.you get your own space and comfort.
it is best for family and ladies who travel alone.
