Madurai Duronto express the additional 4 compartments added during peak time affects the patients health very badly. Patients be aware and please choose your compartments very carefully after proper enquiry in the railway station before booking the tickets in this train.
Cannot sleep in the moving train in such compartments berth. The train compartment itself moves so badly that not only patients, even normal people cannot be lying down in the berth.
The side lower is still more worse as joining the seats to make it a berth only gives backpain in the travel.
Even normal people health will be affected and can recover only after a week on medication.
