I traveled in Duronto while traveling to Kolkatta from Mumbai.The train leaves from CST at 9:30 PM and Howrah at around 10:30 i.e around 25 hours.
It is the best train in which I have traveled for a number of reasons.The train is fully Air Conditioned so there are no other compartments in the train like sleeper and and General.
The ticket is inclusive of the food and the food is really good. I am not among the people who like train food but this one was different everything from breakfast to lunch to Dinner everything served was good quality food and for a change tasty.
The train is non-stop i.e no stops between the source and destination isnt that amazing!The train reaches destination super fast or I must say its the fastest in this route.The Customer service is really good there sweepers constantly coming in to clean the train so the train is really clean and hygienic.
There is a room service kind of person for all your catering needs like tea, coffee or anything.Though its a bit costly but considering the services and speed its completely worth the price.
The ticket costs around Rs 2500 .
