This is to inform you that, I had given total 5 type of tests to Mr. Mukesh Yadav #9818723168, office at Shop no.06, Park view City - 2, Sohna road, Gurgaon (as given on his visiting card) for three persons.
I called up yesterday and he came in morning 8.30 am, he collected 4 samples i.e. TFT vide lab no. 101346845 receipt no. 349306 from a lady of 31 yrs and TTG, Allergy food Panel & VIF D25 Hydry vide Lab no. 101346844 , receipt no. 349307, which is from a child of 7 yrs. I have to give one more sample of 1.5 yrs baby on which he said he had to get one more person as he is not able of take the sample alone. I paid Rs.820/- and Rs.7030/- to him.
He (Mr. Mukesh Yadav) came home at 11am with another person, took the sample of 1.5 yrs infant, it seems he was not at all experience in handling infants. And asked for Rs.1450/- when I asked why is Rs.100/- more then he took just 2 hours back. the answer he gave came as a shock to me "baache k liye 100 rupiye b nahi de sakte hai aap" I was so surprised to hear that.
Then he started to convince me that he came twice so he is charging the home visit charges twice, on which I said it was not me who called him 2nd time, it was him who wants to get another person along and it was not my fault, but then he started arguing and I gave him Rs.1450/- as I don't want to spoil my Saturday morning. Lab no. 101346842 recipt no. 349308.
The above matter has been informed to your call center, but got another surprised that
Dr.Lal Pathlab dont collect samples from home of child less then 10 yrs. (never been informed).
that there is NO center at Park view city 2, Sohna road, Gurgaon (from which this man came).
now do I think that I gave the sample to wrong person who is using your name and receipt or should I think that this is the quality given by Dr. Lal Pathlab. kindly clear my doubt.
My complaint no.CMP2013/7/000988 talked with Mr.Sanjiv at 11.30 am on 20th July 2013.
Also please let me know, why should I NOT file an FIR on the above matter. As paying after Rs.10, 000/- approx do I am suppose to get this type of service and behavior. I am sorry to say but I cant take it.
