Why Dr. Lal Path Labs customer care take people for granted U call them for home collection of sample n no. Of times Everytime your call is put on hold n same automated voice comes " I'm afraid all operators are busy whenever someone gets free they will attend u shortly". This goes on n on and when u finally put the phone down u see the call charges are enormous that r charged without any purpose solved. Again when u try their nos. again same thing happens.
This happened with us morning n evening at both the times. Just now also I called at their no. 011 44231234. The same thing happened n my call charges were abt Rs 20/.
Don't understand if they don't operate the call centre they should just shut it down or the automated call should say we are closed for now so that the customers don't try again n again. This is really pathetic
