Dear Sir/Madam,
Good Day.
Please be informed that my complete report has not been uploaded on the website. Only partial result has been uploaded saying the results for the balance tests will follow.
Your automated customer care says that the reports are ready and are available for download. But this information is not correct. Tried to call and speak with your customer care executive but the call is being kept in the loop without any executive answering the call.
I have called thrice and each time the call kept going for 15 minutes without response from your executive.
As per your lab my results should have come today and the same was confirmed prior accepting your services for the tests.
If your organisation is unable to provide results on time then this should be clarified in the beginning.
I could have opted for a better pathology lab who can provide results on time.
Kindly provide a clarification on the above or this email will be posted on the online forums so that other customers can become aware of the problems faced when dealing with Lal Path Labs.
I had to take an off for tomorrow's office as I had an appointment with my doctor. And my time is not free.
