I am compelled to write this because of RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL behaviour of LAL Path lab customer support team.
I had preferred this lab for regular tests(Twice in a month) from last one year for my father. They have not provided any bill for those tests as they have given franchise to small clients or say vendors.
Now the lab centre is at same place but the vendor got changed from last three months. AND he has the reports of last three months of the patient.
For the rest of reports and bill duration from April 2016 to September 2016; they don't have any info as franchise bond got changed.
Today I called to customer care to get the previous reports and bills. Some Executive named Shefali picked the call and she denied to provide the previous bills by giving excuse of some 48 hours of company policies.
She said first you have to send the mail regarding all details such Customer name, Mobile no., Lab no., Test name etc. etc.
And we will take 48 hours to respond to this mail. And even She was not giving any surity that she will provide the reports and bills.
So, if LAL PATH LAB has some common sense, then they need to think - If I had all previous reports on which Lab no. was written, then I never called you for help.
In short - Totally fake lab, unprofessional people. Will never recommend to anyone
