We are having very difficult time trying to reach Neeraj, Satish, Gurgaon office and your call center in Delhi. We had given test samples for dengue antigen testing in the morning and were assured that results will be visible on the website by evening.
However, they are not there and we are not able to talk to anyone. Neeraj and Satish are hanging up the phone and your call center queue doesn't move at all for 10 mins.
This is totally unexpected and we are extremely displeased. We will have to warn others about this issue with Dr. Lal labs.
