The staff was found sleeping, had no clue of the pricing of tests. Their website does not work - test results shows'no report found' error. The message I got tht the test result is available online does not even have the password to access it. I had to contact customer care to know tht. Pathetic service, local labs are more efficient in delivering timely test results, emailing the result promptly, pricing and addressing queries quickly. Will probably never use Lal Path Labs again.
