I feel this review is:
Received worst of a kind response from lab personal for sample collection from home. Completely irresponsible behaviour towards patients even after telling complete situation of patient. We have completely told the helpline person about the patient condition and requested to cater to service only if they will be able to process in certain time limit as patient had to be admitted in hospital based on report results.Still they took the case and ignored the urgency of the patient.Request to all to be careful while taking services of such irresponsible and careless group regarding health. There behaviour towards patient and their family member was little bit aggressive. Moreover they will delay in report after all test , they ll one to two days and promises for 24 hrs.
