Must Read for all those who hate crash diets! Rujuta Diwekar was the person who guided the diet for Kareena Kapoor's size zero figure. And yet this is not a book about weightloss at all. This is an exceptionally well-written guide to good health.
The author talks to us about food, eating habits, exercise habits, nutrition and our body cycle. About, how, what, how much and when we should be eating and why we should learn to understand our own needs. Every person has a different lifestyle, different needs for nutrition and exercise. The author tries to help us in finding out that balance for our health. And finally, she talks about the importance of not only knowing our own body, but loving ourselves for it. A must-read.
