One of those rare diet books that dont tell you what to eat but how and when to eat it.
I was never over-weight but always wanted to stay the same and never believed in the stupid diets other dieticians asked me to follow .... Never once did I follow it ...
But Rujuta's diet plan is very liveable .... She doesn't say what not to eat and what to ... But when to eta and in what quantities...
I simply love the book for this simple laid out facts, it makes the aam jantha relate to food and what to eat all dat .
Great job...Enjoyed the book !! Didn't seem like a diet book at all was kinda hooked on to it.
