I am not a Freak on fitness, but like to keep up healthy.
So, one day chillaxing at the Hydrabad airport, I saw this book and thought of reading it , only because of Kareena Kapoor :)Even if you are very fit, or a little extra, or too much extra, or even underweight. This is one book which is short, to the point and Doesn't TELL you what to do or not.
The author explains how your body behaves to various foods, at various times, and how our bodies are adapted to the food we are exposed to since childhood. It will shed light on some things which we never bother to understand. Like, the morning bed tea, this can be your gateway to healthy start of the day. Its a short book, withOUT technical terms which can't be understood.And a must read, if you are concerned about your HEALTH.
