I think this book is really wonderfull. It enabled me to love my body.. our body is really taking care of us all the time. its due to our stupid and ill habits that makes us feel that our body is getting fat. in fact we are making it fat and abusing it.. you body keeps on singin - jitne bhi tu kar le sitam, has has ke sahenge hum, yeh pyaar na hoga kum, sanam teri kasam.. :) its really that way.. and it inspires me to have a better life style and healthy way of living. thanks a lot rujuta. :)
I dont care wat degrees she has, she explained everything with a logic, and a well qualified so called dietician cudnt have even make a slightest difference that making me look thinner. but is that really wat we all want? I think, loving your body is more imp that trying to put it in grt shape just to show off... if you ll love it, you can never do wrong to it...:0 must read this book..
