Picked up this book from my local library. would say its nothing great. nothing I haven't heard before or read before-eat small meals, don't drink coffee blah blah.
i wasn't happy with how she mixed up nutrition and yoga/ayurveda and started talking about pita, kapa etc. it would have been better had she written the book either as an ayurveda person or a nutrition person.
lately I have been watching ms kareena and I feel she isn't looking as slim as before. so has this diet stopped working? In fact even when kareena was very slim in tashan and kurban, I felt she was looking jaded and tired. slim yes but older and dehydrated looking. if this diet makes me that way am not sure I want to follow it.
i would say pick this book up from your local library. its a time pass read.
