Hi, Myself Anita Kulkarni Pune.
I have placed online Pizza order and did online payment of 480 Rs. for pizza. Just to confirm regarding my order I called them so the manager said(Vikas Keskar) that " Mam we have received your payment but your order has not placed due to server problem so can't deliver your order also can't refund your money right now. It will take 7 days to refund.
So if my order has not placed how can server shows payment options. Don't understand their policy. They can mislead our money for 7 days for other purpose and use it. How can customer wait till 7 days to get their refund.
